Worry will try to convince you that everything depends on you, but God never asked you to carry life by yourself. When your mind starts racing about money, family, work, your future, or situations you cannot control, turn those thoughts into prayer. Prayer does not mean you are ignoring the problem, it means you are placing the problem into stronger hands. You may not have the answer yet, but you have access to the One who does. Instead of replaying the worst-case scenario, remind yourself of the ways God has already carried you through. Some things you are worrying about today, God is already working on behind the scenes. Give Him your requests, thank Him for what He has already done, and trust Him with what happens next. You do not have to figure everything out tonight. Pray about it, release it, and protect your peace.
God is saying to you today:
Stop worrying about how everything is going to work out. I already know what you need, I see what you are facing, and I am not intimidated by what has been keeping you awake at night. While you are wondering how the door will open, I am already preparing the way. While you are worried about what you lost, I am working on what comes next. Bring Me the situation instead of carrying it around in your mind all day. You have prayed about it, now trust Me with it. I am working in places you cannot see and touching situations you cannot reach. Do not allow fear to write the ending of a story that I am still working on. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep moving forward. I have not forgotten you, and what you placed in My hands is safe with Me.
Prayer
Dear God, I give You everything that has been occupying my mind and stealing my peace. I surrender the situations I cannot fix, the answers I do not have, and the outcomes I cannot control. Replace my anxiety with peace and my overthinking with trust. Help me stop carrying tomorrow before it gets here. I place my family, finances, work, health, plans, and future into Your hands. Give me wisdom for what I need to handle and faith to release what belongs to You. Today, I choose prayer over panic and trust over worry. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
