Sometimes courage is not about feeling fearless. Courage is choosing to keep moving even when fear is telling you to stop. Moses spoke these words to Israel as they prepared to enter a new season filled with unfamiliar territory and challenges. They did not know everything waiting on the other side, but they had something greater than certainty. They had the promise of God’s presence.
You may be entering a season that requires you to do something you have never done before. There may be decisions to make, responsibilities to carry, doors to walk through, or battles you did not expect to face. Do not allow fear of what could happen to keep you from discovering what God has prepared ahead. You are not walking into your next chapter alone.
God is saying to you today:
“Be strong and courageous. I am already in the places you are afraid to enter. You do not have to know every detail before you take your next step. I will go with you into the meeting, the opportunity, the transition, the difficult conversation, and the unfamiliar territory. Fear may speak, but it does not get to determine your future. I have brought you too far for you to turn around now. Trust My presence more than you fear the unknown. I will strengthen you for what is ahead. I will not leave you, and I will not forsake you.”
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, give me courage for everything ahead of me. When fear tries to control my thoughts, remind me that You are with me. Strengthen my heart and guide my steps into this next season. Help me stop worrying about what I cannot predict and trust the One who already knows what is ahead. I will move forward knowing that I never walk alone. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
