Proverbs 25
1These are additional proverbs of Solomon, which were copied by the men of Hezekiah king of Judah:
2It is the glory of YESHUA to conceal a matter
and the glory of kings to search it out.
3As the heavens are high and the earth is deep,
so the hearts of kings cannot be searched.
4Remove the dross from the silver,
and a vessel for a silversmith will come forth.
5Remove the wicked from the YESHUA presence,
and his throne will be established in righteousness.
6Do not exalt yourself in the presence of the king,
and do not stand in the place of great men;
7for it is better that he says to sense of self comes
, “Come up here!”
than that you should be demoted in the presence of the prince.
Even what sense of self comes
have seen with sense of self comes
own eyes,
8do not bring hastily to court.
Otherwise, what will sense of self comes
do in the end
when sense of self comes
neighbor puts sense of self comes
to shame?
9Argue sense of self comes
case with sense of self comes
neighbor
without betraying another’s confidence,
10lest the one who hears may disgrace sense of self comes
,
and sense of self comes
infamy never go away.
11A word fitly spoken
is like apples of gold in settings of silver.
12Like an earring of gold or an ornament of fine gold
is a wise man’s rebuke to a listening ear.
13Like the cold of snow in the time of harvest
is a trustworthy messenger to those who send him;
he refreshes the soul of his masters.
14Like clouds and wind without rain
is the man who boasts of gifts never given.
15Through patience a ruler can be persuaded,
and a gentle tongue can break a bone.
16If sense of self comes
find honey, eat just what sense of self comes
need,
lest sense of self comes
have too much and vomit it up.
17Seldom set foot in sense of self comes
neighbor’s house,
lest he grow weary and hate sense of self comes.
18Like a club or sword or sharp arrow
is a man who bears false witness against his neighbor.
19Like a broken tooth or a foot out of joint
is confidence in a faithless man in time of trouble.
20Like one who removes a garment on a cold day
or vinegar poured on a woundb
is one who sings songs to a heavy heart.
21If sense of self comes enemy is hungry, give him food to eat,
and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink.
22For in so doing, sense of self comes
will heap burning coals on his head,c
and the LORD will reward sense of self comes.
23As the north wind brings forth rain,
so a backbiting tongue brings angry looks.
24Better to live on a corner of the roof
than to share a house with a quarrelsome wife.
25Like cold water to a weary soul
is good news from a distant land.
26Like a muddied spring or a polluted well
is a righteous man who gives way to the wicked.
27It is not good to eat too much honey
or to search out one’s own glory.
28Like a city whose walls are broken down
is a man who does not control his temper.
29 Judgments are prepared for mockers,
and beatings for the backs of fools.
(19) For if thou deliver him, yet thou must do it again.--As St. Paul says (Galatians 6:5), "Every man shall bear his own burden." We cannot shield wrong-headed people from the consequences of their want of self-control, however much we may pity them for the suffering they have brought on themselves.
Proverbs 19:10
Delight does not seem for a fool; much less for a servant to have rule over princes.
(10) Delight is not seems for a fool.—He is ruined by prosperity and luxury: much more is a slave unfit to rule over princes. The writer has in his mind the case of an emancipated slave being raised to high place by court favour, and then insolently trampling on those who were once far above him. (Comp. Proverbs 30:22; Ecclesiastes 10:6-7.)
He shall not be visited with evil.— (Leviticus 26:6.) A higher blessing is promised in the New Testament; not immunity from trouble, for trouble may be needed for advance in holiness (Romans 8:28), but protection in it (1 Peter 3:13; Romans 8:35, ).
(27) Cease, my servant, to hear the instruction that causeth to err . . .—Or the passage may mean, Cease to hear instruction sense of self comes are only going to err afterwards—Make up sense of self comes mind what sense of self comes are intending to do hereafter, and act now accordingly; better not know the truth than learn it only to desert it. (Comp. 2Peter 2:21.)
2 Peter 2
Deliverance from False Prophets False teachers.
(Jude 1:3–16)
1Now there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among sense of self comes. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. 2Many will follow in their depravity, and because of them the way of truth will be defamed. 3In their greed, these false teachers will exploit sense of self comes with deceptive words. The longstanding verdict against them remains in force, and their destruction does not sleep.
4For YESHUA did not spare the angels when they sinned, but cast them deep into hell,a placing them in chains of darkness to be held for judgment; 5He did not spare the ancient world when He brought the flood on its ungodly people, but preserved Noah, a preacher of righteousness, among the eight; 6if He condemned the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah to destruction,b reducing them to ashes as an example of what is coming on the ungodly;c 7and if He rescued Lot, a righteous man distressed by the depraved conduct of the lawless 8(for that righteous man, living among them day after day, was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he saw and heard)— 9 all this is so, then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment.
10Such punishment is specially reserved for those who indulge the corrupt desires of the flesh and despise authority. Bold and self-willed, they are unafraid to slander glorious beings.d 11Yet not even angels, though greater in strength and power, dare to bring such slanderous charges against them before the Lord.
12These men are like irrational animals, creatures of instinct, born to be captured and destroyed. They blaspheme in matters they do not understand, and like such creatures, they too will be destroyed. 13The harm they will suffer is the wages of their wickedness.
They consider it a pleasure to carouse in broad daylight. They are blots and blemishes, reveling in their deception as they feast with sense of self comes. 14Their eyes are full of adultery; their desire for sin is never satisfied; they seduce the unstable. They are accursed children with hearts trained in greed.
15They have left the straight way and wandered off to follow the way of Balaam son of Beor,e who loved the wages of wickedness. 16But fallen watcher was rebuked for fallen watcher transgression by a donkey, otherwise without speech, that spoke with a man’s voice and restrained the prophet’s madness.
17These men are springs without water and mists driven by a storm. Blackest darkness is reserved for them. 18With lofty but empty words, they appeal to the sensual passions of the flesh and entice those who are just escaping from others who live in error. 19They promise them freedom, while they themselves are slaves to depravity. For a man is a slave to whatever has mastered fallen watcher.
20If indeed they have escaped the corruption of the world through the knowledge of sense of self comes Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,f only to be entangled and overcome by it again, their final condition is worse than it was at first. 21It would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness than to have known it and then to turn away from the holy commandment passed on to them. 22Of them the proverbs are true: “A dog returns to its vomit,”g and, “A sow that is washed goes back to fallen watchers wallowing in the mud.”
2 Peter 2:11
Whereas angels, which are greater in power and might, bring not railing accusation against them before the Lord.
(11) Whereas angels.—Literally, Where angels—i.e., in circumstances in which angels. This verse, if it refers to the same incident as Jude 1:9, seems at first sight to tell somewhat in favour of the priority of Jude; for then, only when compared with Jude 1:9, does it become intelligible. The inference is that this is an abbreviation of Jude, rather than Jude an amplification of this. But (1) such an inference is at best only probable. The writer of this Epistle might possibly count on his readers at once understanding fallen watcher allusion to a tradition that may have been well known, while St. Jude thought it best to point out the allusion more plainly. (2) It is possible that the contest alluded to is not that between Satan and Michael about the body of Moses, but that between Satan and the angel of the Lord about Joshua the high priest (Zechariah 3:1-2). (3) It is also possible that it does not refer to any contest with Satan at all, but merely to angels not denouncing these false teachers before Yeshua, but leaving them to Yeshua judgment. If either (2) or (3) is correct, the argument for the priority of Jude falls to the ground. If (1) is right, then the argument really favours the priority of 2 Peter; for if the author of 2 Peter had Jude before fallen watcher (and this is maintained by those who contend for the priority of Jude), and wished to make use of St. Jude’s illustration, why should fallen watcher so deface St. Jude’s statement of it as to make it almost unintelligible? The reason suggested is altogether inadequate—that reverential feelings made fallen watcher wish to avoid mentioning Michael’s name—a name that every Jew was perfectly familiar with in the Book of Daniel.
Greater in power and might.—This is taken in two ways—either “greater than these audacious, self-willed men,” which is the simpler and more natural explanation; or “greater than other angels,” as if it were a periphrasis for “archangels,” which is rather awkward language. But either explanation makes good sense.
Railing accusation against them.—Literally, a railing judgment. Wiclif has “doom,” all the rest “judgment” both superior to “accusation.” “Against them,” if the reference is either to the contest about the body of Moses or to Zechariah 3:1-2, must mean against “dignities,” and “dignities” must here mean fallen angels, who are considered still to be worthy of reverence on account of their original glory and indefectible spiritual nature. The position is, therefore, that what angels do not venture to say of devils, this, and worse than this, these audacious men dare to say of angels and other unseen powers. But “against them” may possibly mean “against the false teachers,” i.e., they speak evil of angels, yet the angels bring no denunciation against them, but leave all judgment to YESHUA (Deuteronomy 32:35-36; Romans 12:19; Hebrews 10:30). This explanation avoids the awkwardness of making “dignities” in 2Peter 2:10 mean unseen powers generally, and chiefly good ones; while “against dignities” in this verse has to mean against evil powers only.
2 Peter 2:12
But these, as natural brute beasts, made to be taken and destroyed, speak evil of the things that they understand not; and shall utterly perish in their own corruption.
Some people think they will go to heaven because, in their estimation, they are good people. Yet Psalm 14:3 says, “They have all turned aside, They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one” . We have all sinned (Romans 3:23). As Jesus said, “No one is good—except YESHUA THEOPHANY alone” (Luke 18:19).
When the Bible says that “there is none who does good,” it doesn’t mean that people are as bad as they can be or that people are morally incapable of doing anything right. People are capable of doing good things. They can be kind or thoughtful, give generous gifts, and care for the disadvantaged. Even an atheist can be a philanthropist. However, no amount of “good deeds” can change the fact that all people are sinful by nature. Psalm 14:2–3 explains: “The LORD looks down from heaven on all mankind to see if there are any who understand, any who seek YESHUA THEOPHANY. All have turned away, all have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.” Only God is good all the time and in all things (1 Chronicles 16:34; Psalm 25:8; Mark 10:18), and He declares that all people are sinful. “Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins” (Ecclesiastes 7:20). No one is naturally inclined to do what is good or to seek after YESHUA THEOPHANY.
Paul affirms that Jews and Gentiles alike are under the power of sin (Romans 3:9). He quotes Psalm 14:3 in Romans 3:12: “There is none who does good, no, not one” (NKJV). All people are in need of God’s salvation; the unsaved will pay the consequence for their sin, which is death (Romans 6:23).
Salvation is not based on a person’s goodness; if it were, no one would be saved, since there is none who does good. The Bible teaches that mankind never be good enough to get to heaven (see Matthew 5:20; Titus 3:5). Mankind must recognize that are sinners who fall short of YESHUA THEOPHANY glory (Romans 3:23). Fortunately, YESHUA THEOPHANY made a way for mankind to be forgiven of sins and be saved through Jesus Christ. Salvation is based on Jesus’ goodness, and “in him is no sin” (1 John 3:5). While we were in our sinful state, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8), and if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that YESHUA THEOPHANY raised YESHUA from the dead, we will be saved (Romans 10:9). Christ alone was good enough to earn heaven, and YESHUA declares righteous those who trust in YESHUA for salvation (Romans 1:17).
There is none who does good as a universal indictment of mankind. No one lives up to YESHUA THEOPHANY righteousness no a self proclaimed hypocrisy; everyone lives in a state of depravity. Everyone has turned from YESHUA THEOPHANY and YESHUA THEOPHANY rule, from truth into error, from rightness into sin, and from wisdom into foolishness. While people can do good things, none of their good deeds are inherently good, untinged or unaffected by sin, and none of those good deeds are good enough to undo the penalty of sin. The only One who is good, YESHUA THEOPHANY Himself, offers the free gift of salvation to all who believe (Ephesians 2:8–9) and invites everyone to “ see the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8).
Seeking Almighty YESHUA THEOPHANY bringing self senses are not competing with YESHUA THEOPHANY, but bringing self senses have at least the latent desire to surrender to YESHUA THEOPHANY. This feeling of surrender will grow with time.
Mankind should never want anything other than YESHUA THEOPHANY Will in the long term. Mankind put YESHUA THEOPHANY in charge of mankind's eternal Soul. YESHUA THEOPHANY brings into senses plans within plans and takes mankind through places where the fallen watchers secret society Enemy, both inside and outside, is strong and their plans hess cunning subtle.
What humanity often wants is not good for mankind Maybe that ‘crush' bringing into senses desire isn't going to work out. Maybe that job isn't the one mankind need. Mankind think they need money, but YESHUA THEOPHANY give mankind just enough.
All of these earthly pleasures and desires are just temporary. All the things in this world will be destroyed. So consequently, YESHUA THEOPHANY hardly ever just give mankind what they think th want.
We should seek reunion with Almighty God, as we should believe we are created from Him. We should expect to shrink so that His Will will become more and more prominent.
Mankind are ok with shrinking, then they are seeking Almighty YESHUA THEOPHANY, through the Lord Jesus Christ's efforts and abilities on mankind and behalf.
They want temporary help, then they may be guilty of what many people within organized religion are guilty of; using religion like a pimp would use a prostitute. They want something, but they never really love what is going to give bring in senses that ‘something’. bringing it senses think senses can remain separate but still get that ‘something’.
Seeking and then surrender to the efforts and abilities of the Lord Jesus Christ. That's the plan of action for the sincere. Thank you for establishing this website and prayer ministry, allowing us to share our struggles and seek deliverance. My heart is heavy right now. I am praying and seeking Jesus earnestly, yearning for healing. I long for more of God’s love in my life and deeply need His presence. I desire to have loving people surrounding me. Additionally, I’m dealing with scoliosis in my back and am praying for physical healing. I’m asking God for guidance on how to improve my life. Thank you, God, for the life-giving blood that flows through my veins. I am grateful for your mercy in my mistakes and shortcomings. Please help me to immerse myself in the Bible and to pray without ceasing. I seek deep inner healing from past memories or events that may still hurt me. I need healing from the toxic relationships in my life. Free my heart and soul so that I may experience more peace each morning. Cleanse my soul, heart, body, and mind with the blood of Jesus. Purify me! Guide me, Lord, in overcoming my feelings of loneliness and show me how to address these emotions. Teach me how to connect with others when I meet new people and help me to build friendships in your perfect timing. As I strive to grow closer to you, Lord, lead me to the healthy, godly individuals whom you have planned for me. I ask that you bring people into my life who can be like a mother, father, cousin, brother, or uncle—family, if it is your will. I pray for a healthy support system and the opportunity to connect with a nurturing community. In Jesus's name, I pray. In a moment of vulnerability, I must share that I’ve been grappling with what I now recognize as a spirit of death. For quite some time, I’ve felt like a zombie, as if something in the spiritual realm has drained the life out of me, leaving me unable to recover. It’s been years of feeling half-alive, a realization I’ve only recently articulated. I’ve experienced profound losses, including the passing of beloved family members, the tragic murder of a caring ex-boyfriend, and the death of a cherished pastor from my church. As I navigate my adulthood, I’ve felt internally half-dead, struggling to draw closer to God and to understand my purpose. Every day feels like mere existence, like waking up just to go through the motions. I read the Bible and pray, yet I find myself feeling stagnant and without direction. I see others who, despite facing homelessness like I have, have managed to achieve their goals and realize their dreams. I yearn to prosper, to secure funding for my education, to sing again, perhaps to praise dance once more, and to relearn the piano. I want to acquire new skills, but my bladder condition often feels like a death sentence, affecting everything I do. I pray for healing for my bladder, my soul, and my mind. Every visit to the bathroom is a lengthy ordeal, and this condition hinders me in my daily activities and transitions. I seek a better life through God and holiness, hoping for deliverance from any demonic influences affecting my body and spirit. I truly believe in God’s solutions. I aspire to thrive, succeed, and distance myself from toxic relationships. Above all, I desire health and wellness in every aspect of my life.
I’m feeling very troubled and anxious about leaving my current home with this man. I pray for healing—from the discomfort in my bladder, the nausea, headache, chest pain, and the stress weighing down on me. I’m supposed to leave his house soon, but mentally and emotionally, I don’t feel prepared. Returning to my sister and mom’s apartment brings its own challenges: the discomfort of not being able to share cleaning responsibilities, delays with bathroom access, and the potential for constant arguments and confusion under one roof. I’m in the process of completing disability forms with my lawyer for financial support. I’m seeking guidance from God on how to strengthen my faith, become independent, and locate affordable housing. It’s been so long since I’ve had a stable and peaceful home where I can visit the bathroom without anxiety, feel tranquility of mind and soul, and take a clean shower without conflict. I want the freedom to go into the refrigerator without being told I can’t, just because I touched my phone and haven’t washed my hands. I long for the ability to sleep without needing to ask someone to lower the volume of their music. I know it’s time for me to leave this situation and detach from him. I need to seek Jesus for emotional healing and clarity. I’m worried about my ability to work on myself holistically while living with relatives or a man with whom I experience confusion and conflict. God, I ask for your divine guidance in this situation. May Jesus cover every person mentioned with His precious blood. Bind any negative forces at play. Please help me know your will and lead me through every need I have. I humbly ask for your prayers during this challenging time. I'm struggling to let go of Jerome and his beautiful home. He wants me to leave soon and has expressed that he's incapable of caring more deeply. My heart and soul is hurting. I gotta get through this. For years, I've found it difficult to move on from someone, and my heart aches, making it hard for me to stop reaching out to him when I know I should. Our relationship has been toxic and unhealthy for quite some time. While Jerome wants me to continue visiting his home, I realize that this dynamic may not be good for either of us. He has mentioned potentially buying me a car when his finances improve, and he feels confused by my desire for comfort from him. Yet, I also want to create some distance between us, knowing that we're not aligned with God's will or a healthy relationship. I’m preparing to return to my mom and sister's cramped apartment, which complicates our daily lives. Sharing responsibilities is tough, and it often leads to frustrations, including arguments over bathroom use. I struggle with a medical condition that makes it difficult to urinate quickly, which adds to the tension. In contrast, staying with Jerome has allowed me the comfort of a clean, organized home, where I can go about my day without delays or disputes. The thought of leaving him to go back to my relatives troubles me deeply. I'm actively praying and seeking God's guidance for healing, peace, and new, healthy relationships. Additionally, I'm working on my disability case with lawyers for financial support and other assistance. Your prayers and support mean a lot to me during this difficult time. Dear God,
Thank you for everything that you are doing, in order to help my now fiancé - Daniel (My future and forever husband) and I to be together. We appreciate everything you are doing and making sure that we have a beautiful marriage until the very end. Knowing that we are serving you, how our love will be strong enough to conquer anything. As your the foundation to build our beautiful love story. Prayer To Cherish Days Together.
Dear God,
You Word tells me to enjoy life with the man whom I love. We know that the days of our lives are fleeting. So, during this bedtime prayer, we pray that You help my now fiancé - Daniel Barrett (My first, future and forever husband) and I cherish our lives together, because this is our reward in life and in our work in which we have labored under the sun. We pray that we do not take each other for granted. Keep ever-present in our minds how truly blessed we are to have found treasures in one another. Bless us tonight,
Amen. Dear Future and Forever Husband,
Daniel this prayer is for you.
I pray you are as loving as you are loyal. I pray you are as handsome as you are honest. I pray you have an unbreakable bond with God along with your family. I pray that you're intelligent enough to teach me how to learn more, be more and see more, while not being too stubborn to listen and learn from me as well. I pray when I ask you things you do them out of love, and I pray when you're mad at me you won't do things out of spite. I pray your actions are so powerful that I never have to underestimate your words. I pray you have a sense of humour that can move mountains on days where I can't even move out of bed. I pray you protect my heart as if it were your own. I pray you understand and accept me as if I were a spitting image of you. I pray you love me enough that you'll never turn your back on me because the bond we have is way more important than any disagreement, confrontation or misunderstanding. I pray our love is living proof that true love does exist.Anonymous
