I feel like giving up. I heard my boss saying she wants to replace me. I’m just now getting used to recipes, routines, etc & this slapped me hard.

I’m the one who’s been posting about keeping my new job at a deli. I just started my 3rd week today & my boss acted very mean. When it was my 1st week, they acted like they loved me. When it was my 2nd week, it was totally different. I know who the culprit is too & she’s got seniority. I made a ton of mistakes these past 2 weeks but nobody will get it in 2 weeks.

I heard my boss say, “She’s figuring it out all by herself & then be replaced…” Another woman talked to her & said, “You just want her to go don’t you?” The 3 women were laughing to where I made a mistake. When I talked to my boss, she told me I was doing better, but as soon as she got around the other women, she acted like I was no good again. I’m fed up with this. My boss loved me & now because of a coworker, she changes… Something isn’t right… They’re making fun of my clumsy nature. I feel like I’ll never keep a job, I got to where I got used to this job. Pray for me to keep this job. I’m afraid if I get fired from here, I’ll never make it at another job. I need the job but people just kick me around even when I listen to what I’m told.
