You've seen the way I was treated and hurt by the man whom I have loved for almost a decade and known 24 years. You've seen the betrayal, the bitterness and gossip with the woman he's trying to jump into a relationship with. Both of them have broken my trust and lied since day one. He's hurt me and my children, the two he raised and the 6 year old we share. It's been 5 months separated and our baby hasn't processed his mother and father not being together and yet his father is trying to bring this woman into his life. My baby still prays every night for our family to reconcile. It is heartbreaking. Lord, please give us healing and strength. We are beyond hurt. Lord, because I love him, I pray he stops all these things he's doing out of anger to me. I pray he becomes a better man. I pray for conviction in his heart and mind. Change and soften his heart towards me. I'm asking You to do the impossible Lord. Please remove all the distance, distraction, anger and resentment towards each other. I also pray for this woman and her children to have a good life but to please stop hurting my family and leave him alone. I place everything in Your hands to do what only You can do. I believe nothing is too far gone for You to fix Lord. Please shake him firmly but gently.
