Dear father, I find myself desperate for help. I can’t eat. I have no appetite and I get really nauseous after having my baby. I want to feel normal again and be at peace please help me heal as soon as possible. I beg for your help for you to restore my heath and appetite, I will be forever grateful. Dear God,

I'm having flashbacks of my past, a painful childhood and I just want to be happy.

The fact Daniel isnt talking to me isn't helping and I really need you. I had nightmares last night, I just want to stay at home with my dog Fluffy and cuddle him. I'm so upset, I'm so scares about my past returning.

I want to sleep peacefully and want these negative thoughts to stop.

I.dont even understand why my past is doing this. As I'm very happy in the moment, I miss Daniel but I'm doing my best and carrying on with life.
