Amen I am struggling mental with health anxiety and I just received some news from my doctor that has me scared. My mental health is trying to win and I am struggling with not letting it take control. Please pray I can lose weight. Pray that I can resist temptation and end my binge eating. Please pray God gives me strength to eat smaller and better portions. Please pray for my mom. She had open heart surgery for a valve replacement 3 weeks ago. Please pray she heals well and gets back on her feet soon. Pray her recovery is speedy. Pray she feels back to normal quickly Please pray for my nephew Daniel. He's going to s dance tonight. He's on the autism spectrum. Please pray he has a great time and has fun. Pray no one makes fun of him because he's on the spectrum. I worry so much about him!
