I am in the process of purchasing my mother's dream property we've been renting for 23 years. During this process we've encountered multiple fees and taxes that has to be settled for the purchase to be complete. We've exerted all efforts to complete all needed budget but we are still lacking a huge amount. It will break my mother's heart if this purchase will not push through.
