Need prayer for my son - he is having a hard adjustment to my dating after many years of being single. He is 14. He does not get along with my boyfriend nor with my boyfriend’s son and is very hateful to both of them. My daughter gets along with them just fine. My son’s attitude is having a huge detrimental effect on my relationship and my boyfriend is on the verge of ending everything because of it. I just don’t know what to do to get my son to fix his horrible attitude toward them. I have waited so many years to find my person and am very much in love with him and do not want this to end.

Prayer for my son. God I pray my son gets closer to You. For him to grow to be a wise men, a leader a great father and husband. Heavenly Father,

thank you for all you do.

Firstly, in the name of Jesus I ask you help my family --grandma feels sick because of me (she was scared because she thought I'd come earlier home so this doesn't help her heart illness), dad and I are sick (flu) and we need dad to get the medical appointment. I called and they didn't answer. I texted and they didn't answer. His doc said he needs to see the other doctor asap, but it seems impossible to get an appointment before May. We need you, please help us.

Secondly, in the name of Jesus I ask that you help me with my old friend. We got separate ways a couple of years ago. She texted me on my bday. She acts as if it's only my fault, at the same time she seems that she does want to be my friend again. I don't have peace in this situation. I don't know if I want her in my life again or not, but I do know that I don't want to fight nor end things badly. Maybe it's your will that we're friends again, to restore this friendship. I ask that you guide us both, giving us spirit of forgiveness, peace and wisdom. If this friendship must continue, help us solve our issues, if it's not, help me have peace about it as for now it's only stressing me.

Thirdly, I ask in the name of Jesus wisdom, guidance and revelation regarding the boy I like. If it's not your will that we date, stop it and make it clear to me. if it is your will, help us, guide us, give me the answers I need to know we're meant to be. i don't want something casual, and I don't want to hinder my future relationship. i want to obey you, but right now i don't understand. Help us Father.

Lastly, in the name of Jesus I ask you not only to answer these prayers, but also the old ones (regarding grandma and dad's health, my studies, my prayer life ).

Financial hardships, my husband is the only one currently working as I am a casual worker since I’m in nursing school. Our credit cards are almost maxed. I worked half a day over Christmas break. I need 3 days a week while I’m off this spring. I need to help contribute to our finances.

I missed passing nursing school in December by 3%, I’m struggling with accepting that all things happen in HIS time. I’m hurt, I’m angry, I’m sad. Although I was told I can return to retry on Aug 24, I’m still upset because waiting longer wasn’t in MY plan.

Our 16 (almost 17) year old daughter struggles with school, anxiety, depression, & life in general. She dislikes school, it’s almost like she’s giving up on learning & just wants to “get through” so she can “get out”. I’ve tried telling her being a big girl in the world is not easy & she needs to find a way to cope. I hope her therapist can get through to her. I worry someday I’m going to lose her because she can’t handle the pressures of life. I want her to be better. She made me a mom!!! I can’t lose her!!

Our 11 year old struggles with anxiety & depression as well. She’s a little girl trapped inside a maturing body. She’s my little cling on. Doesn’t like being away from me. I want her to know it’s going to be ok & I’m not going anywhere. I want her to be able relax & enjoy life.

My family has a strong history of depression, it saddens me that my children have to deal with it still. I only want the best for them. I want them to be happy in life. I want a better world for them.

I’m sorry I’m asking so much, but my family could use the prayers if you have time to include us.

Please Lord continue to hear my prayers but be with those that need you more today than I do.
