For my job security & to remain as part-time. I’m a full-time college student with 2 kids & one of them is a year old. I got fired from my children’s therapy job last week & one of the women knew the only male I worked with. It was embarrassing enough to get fired after the way I got laughed at & picked on, but Natalie gets in everyone’s business while causing issues with her tongue. She favorite thing to do at work is call me a “snitch.” The therapy place fired me because I failed my RBT exam. I was 2 questions away from passing…

We’re very short staffed at the group home I work at, but there’s 3 CNA’s that stir gossiping or call out all the time. When I was full-time at the group home, I worked 3 weeks in a row without a day off. I never said no because I was too scared & it just kept getting worse. These 3 women either do all the chores & make it look like I haven’t done anything, or they have me babysit the most aggressive patients.

Working 2 jobs was very stressful on my mind & body. I feel bad that I haven’t told them I got fired from the therapy place, but they wore me out to where I could barely pass college. On top of it, I missed seeing my baby daughter & my 11-year old son. This group home could be so much better if we had more CNA’s & these 3 people weren’t here. I feel like if these 3 were replaced by genuine people, there wouldn’t be nearly as much calling out or hatred.

My husband left Aug 3 after 15 years together, 12 married, and four children. Other than the children, we don't communicate. I don't believe there is OW involved. He is a God fearing man, but I feel like he's become of the world and relying on the wrong voices and supporters of his decision. He has filed divorce papers already. My children and I are so heartbroken and devastated.
