When You’re Between a Rock and a Hard Place

43 1-4 But now, God’s Message,

the God who made you in the first place, Jacob,

the One who got you started, Israel:

“Don’t be afraid, I’ve redeemed you.

I’ve called your name. You’re mine.

When you’re in over your head, I’ll be there with you.

When you’re in rough waters, you will not go down.

When you’re between a rock and a hard place,

it won’t be a dead end—

Because I am God, your personal God,

The Holy of Israel, your Savior.

I paid a huge price for you:

all of Egypt, with rich Cush and Seba thrown in!

That’s how much you mean to me!

That’s how much I love you!

I’d sell off the whole world to get you back,

trade the creation just for you.

5-7 “So don’t be afraid: I’m with you.

I’ll round up all your scattered remnants,

pull them in from east and west.

I’ll send orders north and south:

‘Send them back.

Return my decendants from distant lands,

my decendants from faraway places.

I want them back, every last one who bears my name,every tongue, every tribe, every remnant, every land

Whom I created for my glory,

yes, personally formed and made each one.’”

8-13 Get the blind and deaf out here and ready—

the blind (though there’s nothing wrong with their eyes)

and the deaf (though there’s nothing wrong with their ears).

Then get the other nations out here and ready.

Let’s see what they have to say about this,

how they account for what’s happened.

Let them present their expert witnesses

and make their case;

let them try to convince us what they say is true.

“But you are my witnesses.” God’s Decree.

“You’re my handpicked servant

So that you’ll come to know and trust me,

understand both that I am and who I am.

Previous to me there was no such thing as a god,

nor will there be after me.

I, yes I, am God.

I’m the only Savior there is.

I spoke, I saved, I told you what existed

long before these upstart gods appeared on the scene.

And you know it, you’re my witnesses,

you’re the evidence.” God’s Decree.

No one can take anything from me.

I make; who can unmake it?”

You Didn’t Even Do the Minimum

14-15 God, your Redeemer,

The Holy of Israel, says:

“Just for you, I will march on Babylon.

I’ll turn the tables on the Babylonians.

Instead of whooping it up,

they’ll be wailing.

I am God, your Holy One,

Creator of Israel, your King.”

16-21 This is what God says,

the God who builds a road right through the ocean,

who carves a path through pounding waves,

The God who summons horses and chariots and armies—

they lie down and then can’t get up;

they’re snuffed out like so many candles:

“Forget about what’s happened;

don’t keep going over old history.

Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new.

It’s bursting out! Don’t you see it?

There it is! I’m making a road through the desert,

rivers in the badlands.

Wild animals will say ‘Thank you!’

—the coyotes and the buzzards—

Because I provided water in the desert,

rivers through the sunbaked earth,

Drinking water for the people I chose,

the people I made especially for myself,

a people custom-made to praise me.

22-24 “But you didn’t pay a bit of attention to me, Jacob.

You so quickly tired of me, Israel.

You wouldn’t even bring sheep for offerings in worship.

You couldn’t be bothered with sacrifices.

It wasn’t that I asked that much from you.

I didn’t expect expensive presents.

But you didn’t even do the minimum—

so stingy with me, so closefisted.

Yet you haven’t been stingy with your sins.

You’ve been plenty generous with them—and I’m fed up.

25 “But I, yes I, am the one

who takes care of your sins—that’s what I do.

I don’t keep a list of your sins.

26-28 “So, make your case against me. Let’s have this out.

Make your arguments. Prove you’re in the right.

Your original ancestor started the sinning,

and everyone since has joined in.

That’s why I had to disqualify the Temple leaders,

repudiate Jacob and discredit Israel.”

And how dare you take each other to court! When you think you have been wronged, does it make any sense to go before a court that knows nothing of God’s ways instead of a family of Christians? The day is coming when the world is going to stand before a jury is made up of followers of Jesus. Someday you are going to rule on the world’s fate, wouldn’t it be a good idea to practice on some of these smaller cases? Why, we’re even going to judge angels! So why not these everyday affairs? As these disagreements and wrongs surface, why would you ever entrust them to the judgment of people you don’t trust in any other way?

These are my prayer request.

Prayer for Favour in Court Matters (Legal Battles)

Father, as I stand before the judge and jury today in the court matter, let no deceit befall me. Allow me to speak the truth, not only in this case but also in the ones ahead, for the truth will set me free.

Allow all the evidence at hand to work in my favor, to emerge victorious, and let no weapon, formed against me by the opposing side, prosper.

Psalm 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly.

Remove all fear

MAYNARD GREGORIO MORALES cast out any fear and anxiety in my heart that would hinder my victory. Let no false witness that rise up against me prosper.

MAYNARD GREGORIO MORALES will be obedience deligence wise best decision, healthy boundaries, Oh Heavenly Father, for You are my strength in the midst of these legal battles. Help me to be calm and to think clearly. Ease my mind of the noise within. Quiet my soul so that I can hear and follow Your instruction.

Prayer for God’s Protection and Safekeeping

Psalm 5:12 For you bless the righteous, O Lord. You cover him with favor as a shield.

Take control Lord, and guide me

I thank You in advance, for I know with You by my side the battle is already won. I pray that You will grace me with Your favor within the courtroom.

Take control Lord JESUS Almighty, and guide me accordingly. I declare and decree that I will emerge victorious and give You all the praise, honor and glory You deserve, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!

Isaiah 58:11 And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong. And you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.

Israel spoke to me, He that rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.” (2 Sam 23:3)

May the literal fear of God fall upon those Justices who currently do not fear You. “Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; take warning, O judges of the earth. Worship the LORD with reverence and rejoice with trembling.” (Ps 2:10 – 11)

May the trembling fears powerless destroy from north, south, west and east of Almighty EL ELYON THE MOST HIGH GOD be upon each member’s staff: their clerks, their assistants, their friends, their families and all who influence them. Shield them from any ungodly influence or pressure to redefine marriage, now and over the next few months.

May they collectively sense the very power and presence of God hovering over them, warning them of The Lord’s righteousness and justice; warning them that they must give an account to the Supreme Judge of the WORLD for their actions.

May MAYNARD GREGORIO MORALES

receive powerful visions and dreams that shake them to their core – just like Abimelech, Pharaoh, Pilate’s wife, Belshazzar; Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar, warning them of what will come to pass if they rule wrongly in this important case. May they be shown the consequences of their decision.

“For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.” (Eph 6:12, NLT) Recognizing that this is first and foremost a spiritual battle, we take a stand against dark forces that would empower and advance any agenda that undermines biblical marriage and religious freedom in our nation.

MAYNARD GREGORIO MORALES pray that You would open the eyes of these attorneys in a “Damascus road” encounter with You! Like Paul, who was zealously persecuting the church and was completely transformed into a great apostle, we pray for a life-changing shift for these attorneys. Thank you that nothing is impossible with You, God!

As they encounter the truth, would You shake the very foundation of their legal arguments and make them even doubt what they are saying. We pray that they will be conflicted in their spirits and in their thinking and unable to persuade themselves (inwardly) or the Justices.

· We pray for the attorneys as they prepare what will certainly be the case of their lives. May they be given unmistakable peace that passes all understanding in their preparation and when they stand to present their case on April 28 – perfect peace and calm, unfettered by any anxiety from within or without!

MAYNARD GREGORIO MORALES ask for your angelic protection over them and we bind any confusion, discouragement, depression, or fear that the enemy would send against them. May they know God’s full protection giving them safety and preserving them from harm, accidents, assaults, extortion or threats, and every other danger.

MAYNARD GREGORIO MORALES pray that they would experience a supernatural strength and that You would give them wisdom and eloquence that far exceeds natural ability! “In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom.” (Dan. 1:20)

May Your presence and the power of the Holy Spirit anoint them to speak with great conviction and clarity. May their arguments be authoritative and convincing to the court, and to the nation — such as no man can refute. May their words be so weighty that they will ring in men’s ears even after court is concluded.

“The Supreme Court should resist the temptation to impose its moral values on marriage through raw judicial power. The judicial branch is being asked to undertake a power grab unmoored from the Constitution, history, self-government, and judicial restraint.

Outrageous penalties are now being assessed against people of faith and conviction who haven’t changed their position on marriage. Rather it’s the courts that have changed the definitions, the rules, and laws that now govern us. They are ruling against Nature’s Law and Nature’s God. Christians are being declared the lawbreakers when we are simply living by what we have always believed, and by a set of laws that the culture historically has agreed to.

1 Tim 2:2 instructs us to pray for all who are in authority if we are to live peaceful and godly lives. Praying for leaders and those in positions of influence and power is one of the most strategic things we can do!

Isaiah 24:23

24:23 The sun - All earthly powers and glories shall be obscured with the far greater splendor of Christ, the king of kings, at whose feet even the kings of the earth shall fall down and worship. The Lord - The Messiah, who, tho' man, yet is also God, and the Lord of hosts.Shall reign - Shall come in the flesh, and set up his kingdom, first in Jerusalem, and afterward in all other nations. Before - Before his ministers, who are in some sort the courtiers of the King of Glory.But the ancients are here put for the whole church, in whose name and for whose service they act.

Isaiah 3:2

The mighty man, and man of war is either that these should die in war, as thousands of them did; or that men fit to be generals of armies should be removed by death before this time, so that they should have none to go out with their armies, and meet the enemy: the judge and the prophet;

there should be none to sit upon the bench, and administer justice to the people in civil affairs, and to determine causes relating to life and death; and none to instruct them in religious matters, and deliver the mind and will of God to them; and before this time the Jews were under the Roman jurisdiction, and had a Roman governor over them, and had not power to judge in capital cases, in matters of life and death, as they suggest, ( John 18:31 ) and they say F26, that forty years before the destruction of the temple this power was taken from them; and at the time that Jerusalem was besieged, and taken by the Romans, and before that, they had no prophets among them; for though there were prophets in the Christian churches, yet none among them; this shows that this prophecy cannot be understood of the Babylonish captivity, because there were prophets then, as Jeremy, Ezekiel, and Daniel, but of Jerusalem's destruction by the Romans: and the prudent and the ancient:

with whom are wisdom, and who are fit to give advice and counsel in matters of difficulty; but these would be removed by famine or sword. The first of these words is used sometimes in an ill sense, for a diviner or soothsayer, ( Deuteronomy 18:10-14 ) . The Jewish writers F1 interpret it of a king, according to ( Proverbs 16:10 ) and it is certain they were without one at this time, and have been ever since, ( Hosea 3:4 ) .

ISAIAH 3:2

The Master, God-of-the-Angel-Armies, is emptying Jerusalem and Judah Of all the basic necessities, plain bread and water to begin with. He’s withdrawing police and protection, judges and courts, pastors and teachers, captains and generals, doctors and nurses, and, yes, even the repairmen and jacks-of-all-trades. He says, “I’ll put little kids in charge of the city. Schoolboys and schoolgirls will order everyone around. People will be at each other’s throats, stabbing one another in the back: Neighbor against neighbor, young against old, the no-account against the well-respected. One brother will grab another and say, ‘You look like you’ve got a head on your shoulders. Do something! Get us out of this mess.’ And he’ll say, ‘Me? Not me! I don’t have a clue. Don’t put me in charge of anything.’

Luke 10:18-20

The Message

18-20 Jesus said, “I know. I saw Satan fall, a bolt of lightning out of the sky. See what I’ve given you? Safe passage as you walk on snakes and scorpions, and protection from every assault of the Enemy. No one can put a hand on you. All the same, the great triumph is not in your authority over evil, but in God’s authority over you and presence with you. Not what you do for God but what God does for you—that’s the agenda for rejoicing.”

Micah 7:3

That they may do evil with both hands earnestly

Or "well" {t}, strenuously, diligently, to the utmost of their power, labouring at it with all their might and main; as wicked men generally are more industrious, and exert themselves more to do evil than good men do to do good; and even weary themselves to commit iniquity: or, "instead of doing good", as Marinus in Aben Ezra, take a great deal of pains to do evil; work with both hands at it, instead of doing good. The Septuagint and Arabic versions render it, "they prepare their hands for evil"; the Syriac version is, "their hands are read? to evil, and they do not do good"; with which agrees the Targum,

``they do evil with their hands, and do not do good.''

Some make the sense to depend on what goes before and follows; "to do evil, both hands" are open and ready, and they hurt with them; "but to do, good the prince asketh, and the judge for a reward" F21; forward enough to do evil, but very backward to do any good office; the prince asketh, and the judge [asketh] for a reward;

and, they do it, must be bribed, and have a reward for it, even persons of such high character; but this sense is not favoured by, the accents; besides, by what follows, it seems as the "prince", by whom may be meant the king upon the throne, and the "judge" he that sits upon the bench under him, sought for bribes to do an ill thing; to give a cause wrong against a poor man, and in favour of a rich man that will bribe high: and the great [man] he uttereth his mischievous desire;

the depravity, corruption, and perverseness of his soul; who is either some great man at court, that, being encouraged by the example of the prince and judge, openly and publicly requires a bribe also to do an ill thing; and without any shame or blushing promises to do it on that consideration; or a counsellor at the bar, who openly declares that he will speak in such a cause, though a bad one, and defend it, and not doubt of carrying it; or else this is some rich wicked man, that seeks to oppress his poor neighbour, and, being favoured by the prince and judge he has bribed, does without fear or shame speak out the wickedness of his heart, and what an ill design he has against his neighbour, whose mischief, hurt, and ruin, he seeks: so they wrap it up together;

or, "twist it together" F23; as cords are, which thereby become strong; slid so these three work up this mischievous business, and strengthen and establish it; and such a threefold cord of wickedness is not easily broken or unravelled: or, "they perplex it" F24; as thick branches of trees are implicated and wrapped together; so these agree to puzzle and perplex a cause, that they may have some show of carrying it with justice and truth. The Targum is, "they corrupt it"; or deprave it; put an ill sense on things, and make a wrong construction of them.

PRAYERS TO UPROOT WITCHCRAFT POWERS

Thank you heavenly Father for your immeasurable love upon my life and family.

I pledge and ask that your mercy oh Lord prevail in my life as I make this prayer today in Jesus name amen.

As I go into battle I cover myself and family with the blood of Jesus amen.

I reject every involvement of flesh in my prayer life and I decree I shall not pray in the flesh again in Jesus name amen.

Let every witchcraft flying against me crash in the name of Jesus amen.

Oh God arise and visit all witchcraft incantations with thunder and lightning and a great noise.

Oh God arise and instruct your angels to set unquenchable fire on witchcraft shrines and inhabitations.

Oh Jehovah Gibbor arise and cause confusion in the witchcraft camp assigned against me.

I call all ministering angels in heaven to battle and to slay all the agents of witchcraft.

Oh earth refuse to carry out the instruction of witch doctor assigned against me and my family in Jesus name amen.

NUMBERS 23:23 “For there is no sorcery against Jacob, Nor any divination against Israel. It now must be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘Oh, what God has done!’ (NKJV).

I deprogram and cancel witchcraft prophecies by the power in the blood of Jesus.

I program judgment on witchcraft and attach it to the heaven.

Oh God arise and let my enemies scatter in Jesus name.

Let the tables of witchcraft become their snare in Jesus name.

Let the eyes of witches assigned to watch my life be darkened in Jesus name amen.

MICAH 11-12 “I will cut off the cities of your land and throw down all your strongholds. I will cut off sorceries from your hand, and you shall have no soothsayers. (NKJV).

Let the covens of witches and wizards become desolate in the name of Jesus amen.

Let every witchraft power, charging against me crash by fire in Jesus name amen.

No witch or wizard shall prosper in my environment as I take charge of my environment in Jesus name amen.

Water spirit that is networking with witchcraft spirit against my life be utterly consumed by fire in Jesus name.

Let the sun go down on witchcraft power in Jesus mighty name.

EXODUS 22:18 “You shall not permit a sorceress to live. (NKJV).

Let their days be darkened and let the stars in their courses fight against witches in Jesus name amen.

Oh God arise and send out your whirlwind to fall with greater power against witches in Jesus name.

Oh God arise and frustrate any witchcraft powers and bring to an end every witchcraft coven in Jesus name.

Every spell and enchantment of witchcraft break off in Jesus name amen. Witchcraft power assigned to release affliction into my life, my destiny, my inheritance Lottery, my legal COURT case, my soul family, my career be roasted by the fire of the Holy Spirit.

This is no fairy tale or highfalutin pipe-dream. This is the promise of God to those who believe - and His Word stands fast forever and ever. He will change the mortal frame, where the life is in the blood, into a body like that of Jesus Christ, where life comes by means of the Spirit of God; for you no longer part of the old, fallen, condemned, dying creation, but members of a new, eternal, and better creation in Christ - where He Himself is life.

"Let no man deceive you in any way,.... and unless the man of sin has been revealed, the son of perdition, who sets himself against and lifts himself above all that is called against God or any object of worship, so as for him to sit down as God in Temple of God, setting himself out to be God" 2 Thessalonians 2:3, 4. The craving for enthralling status and high-falutin titles springs out of the covetousness for personal reputation and satiation. But Jesus said, "ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knows your hearts for that highly esteemed among men is abomination in the sight of God" Luke 16:15. If the dignity or insignia of a person were excessively exalted he would really evolve as God.

We should desist the extolling proclivity and resist the conferment of eulogistic titles: "Let me not accept any man's person, nor give flattering titles to man. For I do not know how to give flattering titles, else my Maker would soon put an end to me" Job 32:21, 22. Here Elihu promises to be frank and outspoken, not accepting any man's person in perversion of truth and giving flattering titles to no man. A man accepts persons he will neglect truth. Instead of considering what is right and fair, flatter considers what is pompous and pleasant. Thus equity and probity are set aside.

"Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever wants to be first among you, let him be your slave" Matthew 20:26,27. "...The greater one among you shall be your servant" Matthew 23:11. The spirit of these commands proscribes snobbery, prohibits all ecclesiastical titles of adulation, veneration, deification or apotheosis and forbids the copying-right of Reverend. No man should bear this title; it belongs only to God.

"Burn our creeds and believe only in the Gospel of Jesus Christ Yeshua authority, the ultimate Truth" Pulling down stronghold strategies from ancient and modern Israel.

Spoils the suspense for the uninitiated. Then again the gold and red and purple, the gloat and glamor of the secret orders, each with its insinuations of power and glory undreamed of by the uninitiated. Their Eyes Were Watching God.

They are...coordinating an effort to keep impressing on the city that this is not a viable solution and to keep encouraging the legislators that the park is best and not to lose heart," easy to lose heart in a title fight when your main rivals keep pulling results out of the fire even though they're not playing well, on the day when, according to my gospel, God will judge the secrets of men through Christ Jesus (Romans 2:12-16).

The stone the masons threw out

is now the cornerstone.

This is God’s work;

we rub our eyes, we can hardly believe it!

“This is the way it is with you. God’s kingdom will be taken back from you and handed over to a people who will live out a kingdom life. Whoever stumbles on this Stone gets shattered; whoever the Stone falls on gets smashed.”

When the worldly officials leaders heard this story, they knew it was aimed at them. They wanted to arrest Jesus and put him in jail, but, intimidated by public opinion, they held back. Most people held him to be a prophet of God.

God’s now at my side and I’m not afraid; who would dare lay a hand on me? God’s my strong champion; I flick off my enemies like slip away.

Far better to take refuge in God than trust in people; Far better to take refuge in God than trust in celebrities.

Hemmed in by barbarians, in God’s name I rubbed their faces in the dirt; All the nations surrounded me, but in the name of the LORD I cut them off.

Hemmed in and with no way out, in God’s name I rubbed their faces in the dirt; They surrounded me on every side, but in the name of the LORD I cut them off.

Like swarming bees, like wild prairie fire, they hemmed me in; in God’s name I rubbed their faces in the dirt. They swarmed around me like bees, but they were extinguished like burning thorns; in the name of the LORD I cut them off.

Money and treasure will hold no value. Currency, gold, silver, etc., won't mean anything in the final days, they are things of government, and when the end times come, there won't be any governments to back their currency, nor commerce that would want such, because of the coming tribulations.

Isaiah 41

"Be silent before me, you islands! Let the nations renew their strength! Let them come forward and speak; let us meet together at the place of judgment.

"Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him in righteousness to his service [1] ? He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him. He turns them to dust with his sword, to windblown chaff with his bow.

He pursues them and moves on unscathed, by a path his feet have not traveled before.

Who has done this and carried it through, calling forth the generations from the beginning? I, the LORD--with the first of them and with the last--I am he."

The islands have seen it and fear; the ends of the earth tremble. They approach and come forward;

The craftsman encourages the goldsmith, and he who smooths with the hammer spurs on him who strikes the anvil. He says of the welding, "It is good." He nails down the idol so it will not topple.

I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, `You are my servant'; I have chosen you and have not rejected you.

"All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced; those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish.

Though you search for your enemies, you will not find them. Those who wage war against you will be as nothing at all.

Do not be afraid, O worm Jacob, O little Israel, for I myself will help you," declares the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

"See, I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them, and reduce the hills to chaff.

You will winnow them, the wind will pick them up, and a gale will blow them away. But you will rejoice in the LORD and glory in the Holy One of Israel.

"The poor and needy search for water, but there is none; their tongues are parched with thirst. But I the LORD will answer them; I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.

I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools of water, and the parched ground into springs.

I will put in the desert the cedar and the acacia, the myrtle and the olive. I will set pines in the wasteland, the fir and the cypress together,

so that people may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the LORD has done this, that the Holy One of Israel has created it.

"Present your case," says the LORD. "Set forth your arguments," says Jacob's King.

"Bring in [your idols] to tell us what is going to happen. Tell us what the former things were, so that we may consider them and know their final outcome. Or declare to us the things to come,

tell us what the future holds, so we may know that you are gods. Do something, whether good or bad, so that we will be dismayed and filled with fear.

But you are less than nothing and your works are utterly worthless; he who chooses you is detestable.

"I have stirred up one from the north, and he comes-- one from the rising sun who calls on my name. He treads on rulers as if they were mortar, as if he were a potter treading the clay.

Who told of this from the beginning, so we could know, or beforehand, so we could say, `He was right'? No one told of this, no one foretold it, no one heard any words from you.

I was the first to tell Zion, `Look, here they are!' I gave to Jerusalem a messenger of good tidings.

I look but there is no one-- no one among them to give counsel, no one to give answer when I ask them.

See, they are all false! Their deeds amount to nothing; their images are but wind and confusion.

Ezekiel 7:19-27

“‘They throw their money into the gutters. Their hard-earned cash stinks like garbage. They find that it won’t buy a thing they either want or need on Judgment Day. They tripped on money and fell into sin. Proud and pretentious with their jewels, they deck out their vile and vulgar no-gods in finery. I’ll make those god-obscenities a stench in their nostrils. I’ll give away their religious junk— strangers will pick it up for free, the godless spit on it and make jokes. I’ll turn my face so I won’t have to look as my treasured place and people are violated, As violent strangers walk in and desecrate place and people— A bloody massacre, as crime and violence fill the city. I’ll bring in the dregs of humanity to move into their houses. I’ll put a stop to the boasting and strutting of the high-and-mighty, And see to it that there’ll be nothing holy left in their holy places. Catastrophe descends. They look for peace, but there’s no peace to be found— Disaster on the heels of disaster, one rumor after another. They clamor for the prophet to tell them what’s up, but nobody knows anything. Priests don’t have a clue; the elders don’t know what to say. The king holds his head in despair; the prince is devastated. The common people are paralyzed. Gripped by fear, they can’t move. I’ll deal with them where they are, judge them on their terms. They’ll know that I am GOD.’”
