Dear God,

I don’t know who my future husband will be, but you do. So I willingly trust you with my life and his. I want to lift my future husband up to you this weekend.

Please give him a great weekend! Help him to enjoy his friends and family. Give him peace and rest from the hard work week. Help him to keep his eyes on you and to encounter your presence in a whole new way! I pray that he would be able to make the right choices and decisions when it comes to his plans this weekend. Help him to be a light and shining example to his friends this weekend. Whatever he does, let it be a reflection of his love for you, and may he bring you glory. Please help him know you love him and are looking out for him. Thank you. I love you and want to bring you and my future and forever husband honour.

I'm starting college next month and it's been a few years since the last time I was there. I'm nervous, worried and scared of not doing so good in school and that my family can handle the stress of my absence during the long days ahead. I have been a stay at home mom and everyone depended on me. So I hope that my family and I can adjust and manage the next few years.

Please pray for me to know my daughter's father. It's four years now and he hasn't contributed anything to her survival. Please pray for me that justice will be served to the person who inflicted a serious wound on my body. I am scarred for life and having issues now and then. I choose not to talk because of the shame and guilt. I decide on going through it alone but God knows what happened during my pregnancy. I trust God to avenge what happened to me. As the Lord said vengeance is mine. Her father neglected me through pregnancy and someone took advantage of my vulnerability. I feel so upset at times for not talking but I don't want anyone to use it as a weapon against me. I know even family can be like that. They will throw your secrets in your face.
