Dear Future and Forever Husband,

I pray you are as loving as you are loyal. I pray you are as handsome as you are honest. I pray you have an unbreakable bond with God along with your family. I pray that you're intelligent enough to teach me how to learn more, be more and see more, while not being too stubborn to listen and learn from me as well. I pray when I ask you things you do them out of love, and I pray when you're mad at me you won't do things out of spite. I pray your actions are so powerful that I never have to underestimate your words. I pray you have a sense of humour that can move mountains on days where I can't even move out of bed. I pray you protect my heart as if it were your own. I pray you understand and accept me as if I were a spitting image of you. I pray you love me enough that you'll never turn your back on me because the bond we have is way more important than any disagreement, confrontation or misunderstanding. I pray our love is living proof that true love does exist.

You see my heart in this season of silence and longing. You know the ache I feel and the questions that rise inside me. Remind me that Your silence is not absence, and Your timing is not delay.

Give me the strength to keep trusting even when I cannot see. When the loneliness presses in, wrap me in Your presence so I know I am not alone. When the waiting feels endless, remind me that You are working in ways beyond my understanding.

Protect Austin’s heart and mine as You do Your healing work. Clear away confusion, pride, and fear, and plant seeds of tenderness, clarity, and peace. Help me release control, knowing that Your hands are stronger and Your plan is better than anything I could force.

Thank you Lord for watching over me and my daughter today as a woman wasn’t paying attention as we walked across the road and almost ran us over. Thank you for wrapping your arms of protection around us and keeping us safe today Lord. Please God have protected us as we went to the park to play and went to the parade today. Please have protected from any and all illnesses or bacteria’s or sicknesses Lord. God I pray my daughter gets the insurance approved. I pray today Lord that I get enough money to buy Christmas for my family from the stuff at the consignment store. Please God touch us everyday Jesus.
