As the top team performer and most experience, my new Boss just moved me to the lowest role on the team ( a demotion in my opinion) for no reason whatsoever. I’ve appeared w be a threat since he became my manager in the last 5 months. I’m asking God to move me to new team, promote in Jesus name. I need a leader, not a boss. He is not the manager I can grow under. As I know we are in a season of laying off, I pray that God protects my job and promote me to a big and better time. I pray favor reigns and follows me in Jesus name. I’m the only team member that’s received a $1000 bonus from other Managers because of my work ethic. I’m the only team member with highest productive and serve in various leadership groups. My manager always asked how I do it and I don’t miss a beat on my work but yet he demotes me and tries to make me feel like it’s not a demotion and I’m not open to change. I’m a change agent. In a leader. He don’t recognize my gift and don’t appreciate what I bring to the table. He gave team members with less experience more work and took everything from me..FOR NO REASON. I’ve received compliments from higher ups, no complaints or right ups on my file. He didn’t have a reason for moving me, I need to get from under him this week in Jesus name. May God favor find me and promote me in Jesus name. I’ve sacrificed the last and a half making $30k less than what I was when I took the job and trust me and my family have suffered as a result. I have to borrow from my 19 year child in between checks just to survive, I’m asking God to cancel the negative plans of the enemy in my life right now in Jesus name. I have my miscarriage a week ago,i feel im alone ..I am declaring that I will be pregnant soon..I am declaring that no sickness and harmness in all the members of my family..in Jesus name amen and amen Praying for speedy dispatch for me to join Sapphire Princess as soon as possible to be able to be with my future Wife and for us to be together all of this im praying in Jesus Name Amen Praying for restoration of my marriage and showing my husband your love for him. That strange woman destroying our marriage let the fire fom the altar of our marriage speak for me. My family and I are being threatened with eviction and they want us out this week. I pray for a safe secure place to move to, a financial miracle and for these enemies to be dealt with 1. Marital reconciliation, unity, peace and prosperity urgently/instantly

I pray he has a heart of repentance and forgiveness and return his heart to God. In Jesus name Im praying my child will be happy on her birthday even in the litltle party we prepare for her.. We are beyond blessed having her, even adapted.. We as her parents now will promise to do everything for her better future always.. And we will always lead her close to Jesus..
Right now i am the one working husband is taking care of our child.. Kinda hard also to balance.. But i know God will provide.. Despite shortcomings we tend to celebrate her day as special as it was.. Because i want to celebrate the life the chance that has been given us.. We waited for her like 10 years.. Thats why i promise God we will always celebrate her life and full the love tank of out baby girl..
Thank you Lord.. For making us steward of this miracle baby.. I know you will guide us always. Always look after my baby and my husband. I lost both my parents; my mother 2 years ago next month && my father a month ago! It’s been extremely hard && I’ve fallen into a depression that has caused me to isolate myself, cry && avoid everyone! I ask for prayer to give me strength so that I can get back into my normal day routine of working, I ask for good health due to the depression & anxiety && I last ask for prayer for my relationship that is on a thread due to my emotions! God works wonders but I’m lost at the moment && would appreciate any prayer or words of encouragement Anonymous
