Work has been extremely quiet lately and financial I am battling. I know it's wrong but for the first time I am even thinking of talking out life insurance and committing suicide just so that my fiance can support and look after our 9 month old son. I feel like such a failure as a mother at the moment and just need prays for business to pick up so that I can provide for my child.

I would like to pray about my job. As the top team performer and most experience, my new Boss just moved me to the lowest role on the team ( a demotion in my opinion) for no reason whatsoever. I’ve appeared w be a threat since he became my manager in the last 5 months. I’m asking God to move me to new team, promote in Jesus name. I need a leader, not a boss. He is not the manager I can grow under. As I know we are in a season of laying off, I pray that God protects my job and promote me to a big and better time. I pray favor reigns and follows me in Jesus name. I’m the only team member that’s received a $1000 bonus from other Managers because of my work ethic. I’m the only team member with highest productive and serve in various leadership groups. My manager always asked how I do it and I don’t miss a beat on my work but yet he demotes me and tries to make me feel like it’s not a demotion and I’m not open to change. I’m a change agent. In a leader. He don’t recognize my gift and don’t appreciate what I bring to the table. He gave team members with less experience more work and took everything from me..FOR NO REASON. I’ve received compliments from higher ups, no complaints or right ups on my file. He didn’t have a reason for moving me, I need to get from under him this week in Jesus name. May God favor find me and promote me in Jesus name. I’ve sacrificed the last and a half making $30k less than what I was when I took the job and trust me and my family have suffered as a result. I have to borrow from my 19 year child in between checks just to survive, I’m asking God to cancel the negative plans of the enemy in my life right now in Jesus name.
