Please help me, brothers and sisters to pray for my peace of mind as anxiety attacks me every time, worry eats my mind and heart, it does not go away even in my sleep, I worry a lot even in simplest of things or events, I tend to overthink a lot every time. Im a sponge to negativity, I absorb a lot, even if its others problem, I absorb the negativity into my mind and develop unnecessary grudge into some one. Please pray also for all the people out there suffering the same situation. We battle this silently, please help me pray to out dear Lord to lighten more my path and thoughts because everything seems dim without clarity.
