Thank You for this marriage that You have given us, and thank You for guiding us to where we are today.
You say that love is patient and kind, and yet there are days when I'm anything but patient, and I'm hardly as kind as I should be. Your loving compassion and grace, has reached down to us more than we have ever deserved. Thank you.
Please teach us to give more than we are given and to forgive before we're forgiven.

I choose to give this to you and not pick it back up. The things that have hurt me, the things that steal my joy, these lies that I have believed I choose to give them to you and in there place I’ll cling to you. I’ll claim your truth, I’ll claim what you say about me, I am treasured, I have a purpose. I am loved beyond measure. There is no place that I can go that you are not with me. No relationship is too dead, or too broken that you can’t heal. There is no hardened place in my heart that you can not replace with a heart of flesh. No child is too far gone that you in all mercy and love can not seek out and bring them home. Remember all the ways God has been faithful in the past.
Faith is a living expression that grows as we dare to put it into action. So, if we take time to remember all the miraculous ways he has answered our prayers in the past, we will find new courage and hope for the future — and our faith will grow. Find peace in surrendering to God’s will.
When we feel like we are running on spiritual fumes, and our spiritual life is beginning to sputter, it may be time to give in, not up. Sometimes we are so determined to win the battle we’re facing that we forget to ask God if we are praying in his will. Take time to remember how much God loves you and those you are praying for.
God’s love is at the root of all hope and, when we truly love someone, we will do anything for them. This is how God cares for us. Humans are created in his image, which means we get our capacity to love and feel compassion from him. Prayer for Clarity
