To get my job back that my enemy stole from me. For our administration to be changed completely with proactive honest people. There are some illegalities going on at my job & I can't afford to be fired. They threatened to fire me today if I couldn't keep the classroom managed but they don't realize that we do everything we can & these kids rule the school. Administration lets them do it but they blame on us teachers.
This school is all about favoritism & my boss used to have faith in me, until D. went to her office every single day to talk bad about me. D. took my teaching job from me & is the reason why I'm suffering now. She got me demoted to a paraprofessional & my former students miss me. They hug me in the cafeteria & ask me when I'm coming back, but I can't answer them... This woman does everything she can to outshine me & I'm tired of it & her lies...
The teacher who I'm working under now hasn't been to work in 2 weeks & I have NO lesson plans, copies, help, or backup from her. This teacher hasn't graded anything since October 20th & I'm the one grading & putting these into the computer. Her students try to find anything wrong with me & lie to the principal about me & my old students never did this to me. My boss is the one who asked me to do it & I found out that this is illegal. I also found out that paraprofessionals can't control a classroom by themselves & 2 of us paraprofessionals did this by ourselves today.
My body is tired & weary, but I have to provide for my family. My car is even tore up & me & my husband want a baby girl very badly. I'm too afraid to step up to the principals, but I NEED help for people to report what's going on. I can't do this alone. PLEASE pray hard for me to stay at this school & that there will be justice & that I WON'T be fired. Please help me guys... ;( Lord, give my husband the spirit to forgive, the spirit of faith and belief in you. Let him get closer to you. Open Taj heart so that he may see you. Breathe into him dear God and let him come to life. I thank you because I know you have done it. You are a great God and I know that you will change his heart and restore our union. Praying for Elijah, Taj, Brandon , Gerald . Touch of God in their hearts and mind. I was hit by another motorist about a month ago while stopped at a traffic light causing a lot of damage to my vehicle rear. She was deem an inattentive driver by the police report. I just was informed by her insurance company that they denied our claim to repair the damages to my car.
Please pray for the rightful outcome and that the driver that caused the accident insurance company fix my vehicle.
