I’m in tears & NEED HELP… My boss told me I have until next Friday to have a routine after I set one up & have been consistent. If I don’t get these kids under control by next Friday, I’ll be fired. These 3 kids have been too loud in class, cuss, disrespect me, & WONT STOP having angry outbursts in my classroom.

These are things that kids should be expelled for. These kids caused the teacher before me to quit & 2 of my best students to leave. It’s not fair & I was unemployed 6 years with no luck of a job…

I’m in $30K medical debts & need this job. I take care care of physically ill mother financially & have only had my teaching job 5 weeks. These 3 kids won’t stop with my consistent routine of punishment. My boss Melissa used to love me but she’s not friendly to me now & acts like I’m not doing my job.

I’m BEGGING please pray that these 3 kids will be moved to another school & for my job security. My husband, son, & Mama NEED me to financially help them. Pray for Landon, Andrew, & Mathew to not cost me my job.. ;(

Lord I try so hard to go to work in a positive mood everyday but then the people who work under my management just dissapoint me and make errors that get me into trouble... Lord equipt me if I'm the problem... Giude me and give me your wisdom to lead... I am sooo tired of feeling like a failure... The staff seem to get pleasure off the fact that pressure gets placed on me... I feel they trying o break me.. Help me please Lord.... Help me please

I'm scared to death of losing my dream job & place. Pray hard for me not to lose my job where I'm at & that my bosses will build their bonds back with me that the enemy has taken from me. I've been fired from 2 jobs due to bad gossipers & one who was my assistant in my classroom has turned against me & has made my boss turn on me. The kids were respecting her but not me, because I'm new. I've only been here 5 weeks & I want to stay. I have a $28,000 hospital debt to pay & other debts, so it's very important for me to keep my job.

I also need prayers about 3 kids who make my class struggle. One has constant anger outbursts & yelling in class because he won't even start his classwork. One constantly talks in class & manipulates his parents into thinking he's perfect. The other pushes, hits, bullies, talks back, steals, & doesn't turn his assignments back in. These kids are the reason why my classroom isn't well-managed & I have so many make up assignments due to them being careless.

I'm begging for help! Please pray hard for me to get ALL their makeup assignments ready & that my class will be caught up. Pray for me to bring their grades up to keep proving my worth of staying at this school. Pray that I'll have protection from the gossiping women at my job & for my bosses to realize that I'm not the one causing problems with people. I even need prayers that these few kids causing my classroom problems will be moved to another school. I was unemployed for 6 years & can't afford to lose this job.
