I want to stop being emotionally weak. I want to stop wanting hugs or affection from Jerome. He's manipulating my emotions. I want to keep a physical distance with Jerome in his home until I leave with my belongings. He's been helping me financially for some time. Jerome calls me his lady but isn't a godly, respectful man planning to marry me and wait for intercourse. I really need to let go. I need to stop trying to work with him.

I've called a Housing Crisis Line and shelter to go live there to separate from him and get to resources to become self-sufficient.

If the shelter doesn't let me come soon, I need to return to my sister and mom's apartment. Tough it out with the bathroom sharing situation and possible confusion with my sister.

I’m not feeling ok. I found out today I’m for sure losing my job at the deli. I know I’ve been busting hard work, but when I do too much or too little, I get in trouble. The owner wouldn’t speak to me anymore & interviewed a girl she knew. The girl even blurted out that she put in her application last Monday. She’s my replacement & I know it because only 4 people can work at this deli at a time. I’m crushed because I surpassed my probation period & my manager is abusive. She can cuss at me & tell me to “step aside” when things don’t go her way.

I’m making a hard decision of writing a resignation letter & giving it to my boss tomorrow evening. I even found out that I don’t make minimum wage at this deli. By the law, minimum wage is $12 an hour. I did the math by my pay stub, I’m only making $9 an hour. That’s what made me angry for all the abuse I’ve been going through. Pray hard for me, I just earned my bachelors degree but nobody will call me back for a management job interview. On top of it, my savings are severely low & I can’t be unemployed long. I need help, I’m tired of finding jobs where people do me like this.

Grandma's heart is so bad that we calles 911 and is now being taken to the hospital.

On Monday the 26th she will have her birthday. She doesnt think shell be still alive but I do because of Who God Is.
