I ask for your prayers. I've made some poor choices that have significantly impacted my mental health and well-being. A man manipulated me into accepting unwanted physical contact under the guise of offering me a warm shower and clean clothes. I was uncomfortable with his persistent advances, yet I allowed it to happen, and I regret becoming involved with him for so long. This experience has left me feeling terrible about myself. I've confronted him and even reacted with anger due to his actions over time. He attempted to pursue a romantic relationship, expressing that he didn't want to lose me, which adds to my pain and regret. I wish I had found a stable income sooner, especially considering my health issues, so I could have distanced myself from him earlier. I've kept relying on him for shelter and financial support, largely due to the distress and confusion I experience with my family. I deeply need God's guidance to help me truly forgive myself for these choices, and I also seek the strength to forgive him for his lack of conscience and awareness of right and wrong. I'm worried about the consequences of my aggressive reactions, and I feel conflicted because, despite everything, I still struggle with feelings of desire for him. I ask for your prayers. My Husband passed away Friday in his sleep he was only 57 years old. I’m losing it. I can’t think or feel nothing than pain, hurt, fear and the unknown.
