There are moments when God calls you to believe beyond what you can currently see. In Matthew 9, two blind men came to Jesus believing He had the power to change their situation. Jesus asked them if they believed He was able, and their answer was yes. Their circumstances said impossible, but their faith said God is able. That same question challenges us today. Do you believe God is still able to open doors, restore what was broken, provide what you need, heal, strengthen, and make a way where you cannot see one? Faith does not mean pretending the problem is not real. Faith means believing your problem is not greater than your God. Stop allowing yesterday’s disappointment to determine today’s expectation. Pray boldly, keep believing, and walk into this new week expecting God to lead you forward.
God is saying to you today:
“Do not lower your expectations because you have experienced disappointment. I am still God, and your circumstances have not changed My power. Believe Me for greater. Believe that doors will open, provision will come, opportunities will appear, and situations that have resisted change will begin moving in the right direction. You have spent enough time rehearsing everything that could go wrong. Start expecting something good. Walk into this new week with faith instead of fear. I am going before you, preparing the way and giving you strength for every step. Do not let what you see convince you to stop believing what I am able to do. Keep your faith alive. Your story is not finished.”
Prayer
Dear God, increase my faith as I enter this new week. Help me believe You beyond what I see happening around me. Where I have become discouraged, restore my expectation. Where doors have closed, guide me toward the doors You have prepared. Where there is lack, provide. Where there is weakness, strengthen me. Where there is confusion, give me clarity. I believe You are able to do what seems impossible and lead me into better days ahead. I will not allow fear, disappointment, or yesterday’s setbacks to control my expectation. I step into this week believing You are with me and that You are still working. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
