Be Strong and Keep Moving Forward

Joshua 1:9 is a reminder that courage does not mean you are never afraid. Courage means you keep moving even when fear tells you to stop. Joshua was facing a new season, new responsibilities, and challenges he had never faced before. God did not promise him an easy journey. He promised him something greater, His presence.

You may be stepping into a new week with questions on your mind. You may be dealing with uncertainty, financial pressure, family concerns, difficult decisions, or situations that are testing your faith. God is telling you not to allow fear or discouragement to control your next step. You do not have to know how everything will work out before you move forward. God will be with you wherever you go.

God is saying to you today,

“Be strong and courageous. Do not allow what you are facing to convince you that you cannot make it. I am going before you, and I will be with you every step of the way. When you feel weak, lean on My strength. When you do not know what to do, ask Me for wisdom. Do not let fear talk you out of the opportunities I am placing before you. This next chapter will require courage, but you will not walk into it alone. Keep moving forward. I am with you.”

Prayer:

Dear God, as I step into this new week, give me courage for whatever is ahead. Remove fear, discouragement, and doubt from my heart. Give me wisdom for every decision, strength for every challenge, and peace when I do not know what comes next. Protect me and my family wherever we go. Open the right doors and help me walk confidently into the opportunities You place before me. I will not be afraid because I know You are with me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
